All Vendors MUST be pre-approved and pre-paid by August 16th in order to vend, no day of registrations
NO SWAP MEET VENDORS
Spaces are $175 per 10x15 for Primer Nationals
Each vendor will receive 2 general admission passes for 10x15 spaces, 3 for 10x30, and 4 for 10x45. All additional workers must pay the $10 admission when checking in.
Vendors will be provided special vendor parking - No parking of vehicles in booths unless special arrangements have been arranged and you have bought enough spots to fit your vehicle. Each vendor will receive ONE vendor-parking pass, all extra vehicles must park in the spectator parking.
Vendor spaces are reserved for the following types of vendors:
- Auto / Motorcycle related Art
- Kustom Kulture Artists and Vendors
- Surf Related Art / Clothing
- Vintage Style Clothing / Household Items
- Vintage Style Leathers / Helmets
- Car and Motorcycle Builders / Parts Sales must follow the same car and motorcycle guidelines as cars/bikes entered in the show ***NO BIKES WITH EVO MOTORS ALLOWED IN VENDOR AREA, NO EXCEPTIONS***
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone.
NO Cookie Lee Jewelry, wind chimes, cell phone sales, hula hoop sales, betty boop paraphernalia, hackie sacks, items with racial slurs, or biker wear will be allowed to vend (with exception to leathers and helmets that are vintage inspired or styled)
Be prepared to show a website or pictures of product being sold. And just because you vended in the past does not mean you are automatically pre-approved. We have a VERY limited space. The people who have been nice and easy to deal with in the past have a better chance of getting in! There will be a waiting list for those not fortunate enough to get in.
